WHY SUPPORT US?
“Brandenburg concerts give us such pleasure that I had to email you and say how much you enrich our lives. Please ‘keep on keeping on’.”
ABO audience member
The support of individuals is vital to the future success of the Australian Brandenburg Orchestra, a not-for-profit arts organisation which relies on the generosity and vision of its family of supporters to sustain the Orchestra’s activities. By making a donation to our annual giving programs, leaving a bequest in your Will or supporting a special project you will help the Brandenburg bring the joy and thrill of live baroque music to the widest possible audience.
DONATION FUNDS
The Brandenburg has several philanthropic funds which underpin the Orchestra’s work. From taking the Orchestra out of the concert hall and into the community, to supporting our national and international guest artist program, you can decide how to support us according to your personal interests. Find out how to take part in one of our giving programs here.
Our programs include:

THANK YOU TO OUR FAMILY OF SUPPORTERS
A huge and heartfelt thank you to the hundreds of Brandenburg supporters who responded so generously to our recent Mid-Year Donations Appeal.
We rely on our donors and supporters to help fund our activities such as caring for our period instruments and developing community engagement initiatives. Our ticket sales don’t completely cover our costs, so you play a vital role in the orchestra when you donate.
Our wonderful Brandenburg musicians wanted to thank you too, so we hope you enjoy this video from them
If the Brandenburg has enriched your life or if you would like to deepen your involvement with us we would be thrilled to welcome you into our family of supporters. Find out more here or get in touch:
E: development@brandenburg.com.au or T: 02 9363 2899 and ask for Rebecca Warren, our Philanthropy Manager, who is always happy to tell you more about the Brandenburg’s activities!
