This album marks our 25th anniversary. BRANDENBURG CELEBRATES features PRELUDE AND CUBE, the epic work we commissioned of Elena Kats-Chernin. The rest of the album is pure baroque, including Handel’s CORONATION ANTHEM NO. 1 ‘ZADOK THE PRIEST’, plus music by Vivaldi, Brescianello, Geminiani and Telemann.
Paul Dyer conducts the Australian Brandenburg Orchestra and Brandenburg Choir, and there are concertos featuring soloists Melissa Farrow, Shaun Lee-Chen and Jamie Hey.
